Fremont Hills Country Club, one of the Bay Area’s leading member-owned clubs offering racquets, swim, and equestrian amenities, appointed Beyond The Baselines to conduct a comprehensive compensation study of its racquets department which has just been completed.
The project, which commenced in April, 2025, benchmarked local and regional compensation packages within the private club industry to ensure Fremont Hills remains competitive in attracting and retaining top racquets professionals.
