Vail Resorts, Inc. has appointed BeyondTheBaselines.com as project manager for a major redevelopment of the racquets facility at Bachelor Gulch, one of Colorado’s most exclusive mountain village communities.
Under this appointment, BeyondTheBaselines.com will oversee the planning phase of the project over four years — from planning and design through construction — including the rebuilding of the community’s four clay tennis courts, the renovation of the tennis shop, redesigned member spectating areas, redesigned restrooms, and enhanced landscaping and ADA compliance. BeyondTheBaselines.com will appoint and collaborate with a project architect and general contractor in the coming weeks to bring the vision to life.
Bachelor Gulch Village Association, managed by Vail Resorts, sits adjacent to Beaver Creek in Avon, CO. The community boasts 600 residences and over 150 single-family homes and is home to The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, one of the most celebrated luxury resorts in the Vail Valley.
