A native New Yorker, Renee has headed up Human Resources at one of Florida’s largest clubs, Suntree Country Club in Melbourne, FL. With experience in retention, re-classification and termination of employees and subcontractor law, along with healthcare coverage, Renee brings over 15 years of experience in HR within the country club industry to the table.
Classification of employees, workflow and organizational charts, along with reporting structures should all be reviewed as we move forward as an industry. Perhaps one of the biggest changes could be full-time workers to part-time workers as clubs look to cut healthcare and other benefit costs.
